Please sync qgo 1.5.4-r3-2.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu diff of FTBFS fix included in Debian upload. Reason for sync is to drop unnecessary depends as our new toolchain does. This was not rebuilt this cycle yet. No visible rdepends.
