Failure to to install bluez in turns prevent installation of gnome-shell because of dependencies.

As discussed on IRC, all Ubuntu systems are supposed to have a /etc/init.d/.legacy-bootordering flag file telling update-rc.d (and /etc/init.d/rc) not to use insserv/startpar, which will fail terribly on Ubuntu. If this error has only just started happening for you, it seems like something has removed this file from your system.

The code is all still in place in /var/lib/dpkg/info/sysv-rc.{pre,post}inst to ensure the file is created for users on upgrade/installation.

This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report against it and we will take it from there.
