Zooming with Ctrl+ScrollWheel doesn't work with Caps Lock or Num Lock enabled

Bug Description
Issue occurs with Pinta 1.0 and development build on Ubuntu 11.10 (haven't tested other platforms yet).
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a document
2) Enable Caps Lock or Num Lock (or both)
3) Try to zoom with Ctrl+Scroll_Up or Ctrl+Scroll_Down - nothing happens
After removing Caps/Num Lock, step 3 now works as expected
