Bug Description

I downloaded OMAP4 image from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM/OMAP and wrote to SD card following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM/OmapNetbook but it can't boot in my Panda board. As I suspected that the image is not a full SD card image but just rootfs image, I did a quick fix: dowload Ubuntu image from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-preinstalled/current/ and wrote to SD card, then dd the Kubuntu image to sdb2 -- the roorfs partition and it boots well into OEM setting UI.

So I think that Kubuntu ARM image is not generated properly. BTW, there are same issue with old Kubuntu release.
