Ubuntu Software Center does not let me review Wallch

Firstly, Wallch software does not show up in the Ubuntu Software Center when you search for it.

Secondly, when you download it directly & install it the Ubuntu Software Center is launched automatically but does not let you review it even after restarting. Please note I have a valid account and can review other software.

Here is an attachment of the Screenshot of the Ubuntu Software Center that shows although Wallch is installed (because the only option is "Uninstall"), it states "You need to install the program to review it".

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug is Invalid in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Oneiric Ocelot, where wallch appears when searching for it in software-center, and can be reviewed.

Marking Fix Released, since this bug report was never actually closed before, but the problem is reported (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-center/+bug/852378/comments/3) to be fixed in Oneiric.
