Bug Description

The current available version of pgAdmin3 in Ubuntu repos is 1.12.3, which is outdated.
The latest PostgreSQL release is 9.1, wich is already available in Ubuntu repositories.
pgAdmin3 needs to be updated to 1.14.0 to support the latest PostgreSQL features.

The current version of PostgreSQL available in repository for Oneiric is 9.1.
pgAdmin complains everytime a connection to a PostgreSQL 9.1 database is made. Here's a screenshot:
