ubuntu one windows beta 2 does not connect or sync

I just installed and loged into account and:
Has this error
when click in floder tab shows this:
"DeadRefenreceError'calling Stale Broker'"
When cliked in account informationa shows this:
"Web client error 400 Expired timestamp: given 1316223845 and now 1316209447 has a greater difference than threshold 900"
And on top right corner shows this error:
"File sync error.
(auth failed
(AUTH_FAILED))
version beta 2 on windows
using windows 7 sp1

I couldn't reproduce this on my install. Toshiba Satellite laptop running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit.

Thanks for helping us making Ubuntu One better. Can you please confirm you have
the date and time properly set? From the error, I think is very likely that the
time in your machine is not accurate.

Good to hear a reply since that I have more information for you:

But first let me answer your question: my time and date are properly set.

Now For more information:

I guessed the problem could have that I installed a corrupted .exe so I download again and installed, but same error appeared

Shutdown PC and tried to launch the program again but for the surprise it would not even launch

And showed up an error forgot exactly but something about library not loading python27.dll (not sure)

I don’t why but that error won’t show up again maybe cause it updated it self cause on unistall shows up beta 3

but now its launching the program and showing the same errors I posted in the beginning

if you are still having the same error "Web client error 400 Expired timestamp: given 1316223845 and now 1316209447 has a greater difference than threshold 900", then I must insist this is an issue with the date/time set in your machine.

Can you please double check is properly set? Please check time zone, and summer time, if those settings are relevant for your location.

Hello Natalia,

I double checked time and setting and although my time and date were correct the location settings were not they were on a different country than I was on.

After I changed that program started working

But I must say why does this happing I mean I used lots of programs on this pc and this is the first time I issued to a situation where changing time location settings as an fix

For example I have dropbox and it worked with those settings...

Andre, this is a known issue. They are working on a fix. You can subscribe yourself to bug #692597 to get updates related to this.
