Seems this is related to totem. Can you try this again with mplayer-plugin installed and totem uninstalled?

Changed in firefox:
assignee: nobody → mozillateam
status: Unconfirmed → Needs Info

I removed totem-mozilla and installed mozilla-mplayer but I didn't see the video (only mplayer plugin logo, inizialize, buffering, playing mms://...vmw, connecting to server... , stopped).

After removed mozilla-mplayer firefox asked me to play the video with external player (totem).

Totem asked me to install gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad, so I saw the video (low quality, too much square).

After that I install again totem-mozilla and I can see it on firefox.

Thanks for the answer and sorry for my bad english.

i see nothing like the missing symbol message that is the cause of the problem in bug 85198. So decoupling as this might not be duplicate of that bug
