Bug Description
When removing a folder, sometimes the children appear in the trash, and sometimes they don't.
Quoting Nat from a separate ticket:
There seems to be an inconsistency about when folders are "unpacked" in the Trash view and when folders appear without their children in the Trash view. I can't find a pattern as to why one is happening vs the other. This inconsistency makes it confusing for the user in terms of picking the correct item they want to restore. A Global Trash Bin for the entire File section, complete with proper nesting should make things clearer for the user.
See ticket #851330 for the global trash bin
