Accessing feeds and clicking on file after deleted gives an error

Bug Description

If file is added and feeds picks up status then clicking will take you to the file but if it is deleted it does not get picked up in feeds. WHen you then click on file name in feeds you get an error " cannot find file".

I'm not sure I understand what the desired behavior is here. Can you elaborate?

I am not sure what the policy is but a general error versus a message that the file is no longer there is the question.

After thinking about this, I'm going to mark it as invalid. When we designed Feeds, we knew this might be an issue.
