Bug Description
When libvirt snapshots, it does an in-place snapshot of the running instance. The disk data is then copied out and saved in glance, but the internal snapshot remains. Each new snapshot grows the size of the disk. This is a waste. The internal snapshot can be deleted so that the next snapshot can reuse the space allocated by the first.
