Recopy to clipboard the last URL when I click in Unity icon.

Unfortunately that's not possible. The default action for the Unity icon is to upload a package (but instead of clicking it, you drop the file onto the launcher) so it can't do two things in the same time...

But how about a quiclist for re-copying the last URL?

Let me know if I can close the bug, even though it's not exactly what you've asked for (though the functionality is the same, but your request is not possible because it would break Unity Dropbox Share - you wouldn't be able to upload files anymore if some command would be assigned to the actual launcher).
