Please sync gatling 0.12-9 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
- - short: FTBFS
- - long: gatling has included "diet/*.h" in libowfat package.
    However libowfat was splitted liowfat-dev and libowfat-dietlibc-dev,
    and "diet/*.h" moved libowfat-dietlibc-dev.
    Package in Debian sid is fixed to remove "diet" prefix unneeded.
