unity panel's right click menu unusable for the first time

Hy!

After login or compiz restart, when I try to use the right click menu of an application on the unity launcher, it shows the menu, but then does not respond to any mouse events, only hides it if I right-click on the launcher again.. Second time the menu is operational.
