Bug Description

There are 18 iterplans tests that are testing queries such as
  test/rbkt/Queries/w3c_testsuite/UseCase/UseCaseR/rdb-queries-results-q5.xq
  test/rbkt/Queries/extras/wikibooks/wikibooks_counting_keywords.xq

in other words, on optional test suites. Those don't run if the suites aren't installed, so they are not serving the purpose they are intended to serve. (Also, it appears that the W3C test suite has been re-organized since these were added, so even if that suite is installed, the tests still don't run.)

If we want to test those queries, we need to include them in Zorba's own test directory.
