py-hungry-delete-backwards error without cc-mode

Bug Description

I get an error indicating "Symbol's function definition is void: py-hungry-delete-backwards" which seems to be bound to C-Delete. This seems to really point to the fact that c-hungry-delete-backwards is void because cc-mode has not been loaded.

If I load cc-mode the error goes away.
