Bug Description

In oneiric, ~/.cache/wallpaper/* is still being created, but apparently not being used any more. This causes a rather major increase of nautilus CPU usage during startup:

(nautilus takes > 5, but possibly due to other things as well).

After some check, in reality, it's still using it. So we have to dig further why nautilus is slowing down.
