[BUG] Virtual Machine doesn't start if a Plug Fem is used (2BUGS)

Bug Description

There are two problems:
* if the command used by vb is launched in a terminal it says: can't set property "macaddr"
        Solution: the right property name is "mac"
* VMPlug AttributeError: get_model_driver
        Solution: VMPlug doesn't have the get_model_driver method
