Karma for PPA uploads should not be associated with the Ubuntu project

Bug Description

From looking at a user profile with lots of PPA uploads, but none to Ubuntu (https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+karma) it looks like Launchpad is associating PPA uploads with the Ubuntu project and this is incorrect. PPA uploads are not part of Ubuntu.

I cannot see any reference to Ubuntu on that page. What are you referring to?
