Bug Description
Running an up-to-date Feisty system. Any time I lock the screen, by screen saver or closing the lid on my laptop, can type my password in the dialog box to unlock the screen but then it hangs until it eventually says "Time has expired". From that point on I am locked out of my desktop until I reboot.

I can confirm this on my two laptops and a desktop. Trying unlock the screensaver results in it hanging with "Checking..." for quite some time. Ultimately I need to reboot the machine or use another virtual terminal to killall gnome-screensaver and gnome-screensav er-dialog
