Bug Description
For the sake of consistency, the Scrollbar in the unity dash should have an overlay scrollbar handle just like the rest of the new scrollbars in the OS. It doesn't have to be orange or anything as that would look horrible in the dash, it just needs a handle like the other overlay scrollbars have. There are now 3 completely different scrollbars present on the Ubuntu desktop and two of them are less than a year old so I'm singling out the one in the dash as the main culprit since the other 'old style' scrollbars will be changed to overlay scrollbars over time...
