kpdf does not print correctly that adobe pdf can

Binary package hint: kpdf

This is nearly the same bug as https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdegraphics/+bug/71154 that got incorrectly marked as a duplicate of
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdegraphics/+bug/73635.
But if you look at the pdfs mentioned in the different bugreports, you will see a completely different behavior of kpdf.

here is another pdf that does not work, its rendered somewhat different when trying to get printed:

try to look at it in the print preview.

this is NOT a upstream bug, so the kubuntu team introduced the bug. please fix it.

I also have a problem with a pdf printing in kpdf. I printed it in gutsy and here was the result (see attachment)

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

This bug seems to be fixed in kubuntu 8.04, at least with the example pdf in this bugreport. Please set the correct status, since i'm not sure which one to set
