[pcb win snapshots] dead links to help files

Hi,

I downloaded the pcb-20110913.exe snapshot to test the GUI changes on my windows XP box [Home Edition 2002 with SP3].

I noticed that in the start menu both

Start --> Programs --> pcb snapshots --> PDF Manual

and

Start --> Programs --> pcb snapshots --> HTML Manual

point to dead "shortcuts" and the user gets the option to remove those "shortcuts" from the start menu.

The HTML Manual shortcuts points to:

 "C:\Program Files\pcb-snapshots\doc\html\pcb.html"

while the file resides here:

"C:\Program Files\pcb-snapshots\doc\pcb.html"

and the PDF Manual shortcut points to:

"C:\Program Files\pcb-snapshots\doc\pdf\pcb.pdf"

while the file lives here:

"C:\Program Files\pcb-snapshots\doc\pcb.pdf"

I've tweaked the installer to point to the right locations, should be updated in tonight's snapshot.

AFAICT, this issue is fixed in the pcb-20110914.exe snapshot.
