Bug Description
1. After clicking Fetch Cover, there is no visual indication that anything is happening.
2. When the fetching finishes, Exaile suddenly gets blocked by a modal dialog.
Reporting in one bug because I think the nice way to fix this is:
1. When user clicks Fetch Cover, show a non-modal dialog giving some sort of indication that, yes, they clicked the right thing.
2. When fetching finishes, show them in the dialog (or show a new dialog, doesn't matter). The dialog should be non-modal because modal dialogs are evil.
