Bad rendering of Non Realistic 3D Shader filters with Cairo

Bug Description

All Cairo Inkscape versions render incorrectly Non Realistic 3D Shader filters. An opaque and aliased surface is added inside the shape and masks part of the effect like on the example jpeg image joined (I also join the original svg file to test it).

These filters display correctly in Opera and almost all of them also in Firefox (only "Aluminium" and "Chrome" doesn't render correctly in Firefox and I suppose this is a Firefox problem).
