Bug Description

I have been unable to run pyqt apps such as eric4 in oneiric beta 1. I get a lot of error messages such as:

libqt4-core is 4.7.4-0ubuntu1
note that I've marked this bug as a duplicate of #805303 and am able to work around it by using qtconfig to change the style away from the default (gtk+)
