Bug Description

Got this bug a minute after I logged in. Also, before the Unity interface is shown there is flickering on the screen, and it changes colors. On top of the screen there is a line like 1 pixel high with weird looking pixels, shown all the time. I think the issue is related to a graphic card driver.
