rnt-5.1 features missing in PS 5.1 and 5.5 are documented in 5.1 and 5.5 docs

We have the following page describing the fast index renaming feature: http://www.percona.com/docs/wiki/percona-server:features:rename_index (which is also linked from here: http://www.percona.com/docs/wiki/percona-server:features:start).

That page says "5.1.49-12.0 Not yet released externally " in the Version Specific Information.

It's not quite clear from the docs whether that feature is available in Percona Server or not. And in fact it's not, the corresponding patch is only available in the rnt-5.1 tree.

The more general and important problem is that _all_ features from the rnt-5.1 branch are documented as they were available in the main Persona Server 5.1 _and_ 5.5 branches. I'm changing the summary to reflect this.

I am working on issue 18205 - merge rnt-5.1 patches to 5.1.
According to this task we do not need remove documentation (just add updates about first version with these features (or some of their))
