Bug Description
I get this message:
Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown: Failed opening '/var/www/
Line 0? and there is no pear directory, in the /usr/share/ directory.
What to do?

The web server doesn't have permissions to access the file. You need to change either owner of the file or permissions.
Either way, this is definitely not a gnome-terminal bug. :)
