Bug Description

Summary:
Unable to view different months and years with the calendar in unity-2d panel.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Update system to Oneiric beta 1
2. Log in to unity-2d desktop
3. Click the time in the unity-2d panel at the top left corner of the screen
4. Click the arrows to move the month and year forward and backward

Expected results:
Month and year change when arrow is clicked

Actual results:
Nothing happens.

I've tried this on a different system with a fresh install of beta 1 (not an upgrade) and the problem still exists.
