Bug Description

Oneiric cannot install samba service via nautilus-share

How to reproduce:
1. Open nautilus
2. Right click on any folder, and select "Sharing Options"
3. Check "Share this folder"
4. Click "Install service"
5. Input password to exec "/usr/share/applications/synaptic.desktop"

I expect nautilus-share should launch SoftwareCenter or call APT api directly.
However it try to exec synaptic, no longer default installed.
