This is now fixed after revision 5110 revid: <email address hidden>
Also, as of revision 5108 revid: <email address hidden> we now depend on the external vatnumber Python library, which includes support for Croatia.

Milan, as explained on the merge proposal, part of your contribution was merged, the rest is now available by default via vatnumber.
