Bug Description
Most people don't know what "Kilobits per second" means so they have no idea how the numbers change their sync speed rate. A better approach would be to give the user suggestions of what is a fast rate and what is a slow rate. Attached is an example from the Google Music sync application.

Hello Matt!
This is a nice feature, we'd need input from the design team to add something to the UI. I'm assigning this bug to Lisette so she can evaluate it.
Thanks!
