Broken links in duplicate bug email from apport retracing

Bug Description

I reportedbug #847196 and the Apport retracing service emailed me it was a duplicate of another bug.
The link in the bug seems not to work, and I am also unable to find the bug where is being referred too.

 Tried changing the chat theme from Ubuntu to Classic. Empathy freezes
 and then crashes.
