conversations don't show enough text

Binary package hint: beagle

Gaim conversations in beagle only show a content previsualisation when you click on them. That's not very handy, could they display it as soon as the search results are returned?

The reason we havn't done this in the upstream is it slows down the beagle-search ui immensly, does anyone else have any thoughts?

Well, that would be a good reason not to implement it!

Of course, if someone could solve the problem it would be a nice thing to have.
