Bug Description
To register a bzr upstream for a product series you need to:
1. register a mirror branch
2. set the productseries to use that branch
For SVN or CVS upstreams, you just need to set the productseries. It should be equally easy to register and link a series branch in a single operation.

There is going to be a similar process for linking new import branches to product series, so the process of linking both will be the same.
It is also easier to set this now from the new project code page.
