kde doesn't complete login

Bug Description

the problem is that gui crash when user is log in with kde , splash finish the hardware process and then suddenly we back to login screen , the machine was virtual box 4.1.2 r73587 ، 3d accelerate was enable , all of this happend just in kde in ubuntu 11.10.

CurrentDmesg.txt shows a segfault in unity_support_t. May or may not be caused by the VirtualBox Guest Additions, and if so most likely by the 3D support.

in the bug report upsets me slightly - might you have two simultaneous installations of the Guest Additions, or can you think what might be causing it?
