Cannot click on the window decoration

Bug Description

Window decorations sometimes "die" on certain applications (while other open apps continue to work), I cannot click on the window decoration or buttons, clicks just go straight through to the desktop.

A fix for this was released with a recent compiz update that corrected the window stacking order, marking as fix released.
