Minimizing window sometimes leaves garbage on screen.

Minimizing window sometimes leaves a visible "trail" of the top panel of the minimized window on top of the desktop.
Moving an icon on the desktop, opening another window, moving from workspace to another and other such actions clear the garbage off the screen.
