File Dialogs too small

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org2

The dialogs for opening and saving files are way too small. I have to resize them everytime on order to be able to select a folder comfortably.

I have attached a screenshot. The directory listing could easily be made 3 times as big.
