Bug Description
After resuming from suspend, the screen may be corrupt (see attached screenshot).
To reproduce:
Suspend the machine
Wake the machine
Enter the screen lock password (the screen lock password prompt is not corrupt in any way)
Upon unlocking the screen, the screen is full of blocks of static. The panel and launcher are not affected. I don't recall whether the Dash is affected. All applications are affected. The apps work fine, they're just not drawn properly. Menus are not corrupt - they draw properly over the corrupt background. When the menu closes, the corruption does not go away in the area the menu covered (the corruption is persistent).
I've reproduced this 50% of the time I've tried it. It was not a problem in natty; it started upon upgrade to 11.10.
Logging out and logging back in is enough to clear the corruption (until you suspend/resume again, at which point it might/might not happen again).
