The email in tracer is working and is monitored--I did a test just now where I watched nagios go into "warning" for the service. I didn't keep mailin down long enough to get to "critical".
There is still a question whether anyone is set up to respond to the nagios alerts. Currently in nagios I see that the error monitor status for Ariadne is critical and has been for close to 48 hours. I'm not sure what support chain is in place currently for Ariadne/Multikarl.
