[Natty] Special characters unreadable on notifications

Bug Description

The special characters in the message subject don't seem to be encoded properly on the libnotify notifications. Instead of the word "hyötyä", I see "=?utf-8?Q?hy=C3=B6ty=C3=A4_?=". Check out the screenshot attached.

This is already fixed in Oneiric version 0.8.3, fix for Natty will come soon.
