import-geonames.sh won't populate tables.

Bug Description

Running the data import script import-geonames.sh errors out with current data:

BEGIN
NOTICE: table "geoname" does not exist, skipping
DROP TABLE
CREATE TABLE
ERROR: invalid input syntax for type double precision: "P"
CONTEXT: COPY geoname, line 3980694, column latitude: "P"
ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block

Well this is now fixed. import-geonames.sh works correctly. Not sure if -memento should be patched or not.
