Bug Description

I had just launched Banshee from the sound menu, and was fiddling with the function keys on my Samsung netbook to adjust the volume, when the panel started misbehaving. Clicking on any icon on the panel other than the sound menu icon failed to launch the corresponding menu. The icon would all be given the "tab" frame, to indicate the menu being open, but only the sound menu would actually show. Though seemingly stuck and unresponsive, the icons, such as the wireless icon, would still update to indicate changes in status.
