Bug Description

I think there is a lot of improvements in 9746, i.e. this is required to get working beryl in edgy (at least for me).

AFAIK 9746 supports several more cards... However it drops support for a lot. I don't actually think it has too many extra features.

I would vote for a nvidia-new-legacy at 9631.

Oh forgot to mention that this won't be appearing in Edgy because of freeze. Maybe Feisty but I hope they stay with 9631.

nvidia-glx-new in Feisty is 1.0-9755 (so it could be argued this has been resolved)...
