Bug Description

Summary sums it up,
The interesting point is that, this is NOT a linux problem,or I don't think so it is,because Graphical icon(which appears on the bottom for GNOME-shell and on the top for Unity)will report Touchpad correctly in GNOME-shell,pointing out the fact that linux reports things correctly but unity has bug.
I am unsure if this affects all computers/laptops,but it affects me(HP Pavilion dv5),And as said GNOME-shell reports correctly so it might be that gnome-shell has a better way to detect if touchpad is disabled/enabled.

could you please attach a videocast of the problem you are reporting. I doubt its a unity bug though.

Here is the videocast,
Sorry for the low quality, internet speed is bad here and so,I needed to record in lowest quality,
The first one => GNOME-shell as you see,it does its job brilliantly,Its visible
The second one => Unity,Its not that visible, but if you pay attention you'll see a the red mark when the touchpad is unlocked.
I hope its convincing enough,If still you cant confirm it,I take another video dedicated to show Unity's issue at higher quality.
