I have libgtk-3-0 3.0.12-0ubuntu1~natty1 backported from gnome3.0 repository, so I suppose that's the main cause of the problem.

thank you for your bug report but ppa use is not officially support by Ubuntu, there is a reason GNOME3 didn't get included in natty, you can't easily mix gtk2 and gtk3 softwares this way, you should try oneiric rather for a stable GNOME3
