Bug Description
1. In exported data, split transaction shows up as a single transaction without a category.
I think every part of the split transaction should be displayed as a separate transaction, with an additional field indicating whether it is part of a split. The field could be showing the total amount of the transaction for example.
2. There is no way to get split transactions to show in any of the budgets.
Every part of the split transaction should be displayed as a separate transaction and so appear in the budgets.

I'm also having this issue.
I think it is only when you specify categories in your budget. If a split transaction includes one of those categories, the split for that category will not appear.
ie. if I have a split transaction for $6, with category A for $1, category B for $2, and category C for $3.. and i run a budget that includes category B, I'd expect to see this transaction appear for $2.
split transactions should essentially be treated as seperate transactions for each split that is entered and maintained through one, parent transaction.
I have 2 budgets - both are exactly the same except one has no category filter, and the other has all categories selected EXCEPT for a couple of categories (on a side note would be able to set category exclusions in addition to just inclusions). In a week where the couple of categories i'm excluding have not been transacted against, i'd expect these two budgets to return the same amount - however they are not, and the difference is the split transactions.
