Thumbnailer config not updated for Gnome 3

Apparently Gnome 3 doesn't use gconf for thumbnailers any more, so ufraw needs to be updated to use the new system.

I created the attached file that goes in /usr/share/thumbnailers/ but I'm not sure about the TryExec line so it should be looked at. I can't test all the mime-types, but it seems to work for Nikon NEFs, so it should work for the rest. Hopefully, someone can incorporate this into the package.
